Xfinity - No email confirmation - from online chat
I'm not necessarily displeased with the internet service from xfinity, but rather something having to do with the chat service online. In switching my account around, I noticed some disconnect between what I was quoted and what I was being charged.
I went on to the online chat to figure things out, and once everything was said and done, I requested a confirmation of all the new charges/description of services. That request was denied.
Apparently there's no way to email a confirmation. The only confirmation I could get was to print out the transcript of our online chat, which seemed a little bit primeval to me.
Reason of review: Lack of Confirmation Email.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
