Xfinity - Service on and off all day
Xfinity was called and given the details. They said it was the modem was the problem. Rented their modem. Problem remained. Sent start up tech charged $61 for nothing. Xfinity said they were sending a trouble shooter but didn't send one. Customer no service was no help and denied ever be called about the service outages.

Xfinity - Only Focus Is Dollars Not Customers

Xfinity - Don't they want me to pay my bill?
My service is suspended because they will not accept partial card payments and there is no physical place to pay them cash. They only allow automatic bill payment through a card on file. For such a huge company, one would think they would have many options for payment.

Xfinity - Pissed off
Customer service is so bad Only have TV service b/c I do not want anything else to do with xfinity Now let us talk about the cost, way too much so just called and will change if I change my package or bundle and have even more of their services/products.
