Xfinity - Didn’t care

Paid my first bill. A Flue days later I get a email saying they’re going to turn my service off unless I pay $50 ? When I call them up and tell them they say they don’t care agent says send their equipment back through UPS . Agent said they made the Mistake but I have to still pay !

Hate Comcast xfinity
