Xfinity don't care. I've used multiple outlets with no luck !
I've had credits on mobile and Internet side disappear multiple times. And to deal with their customer service makes me sick to my stomach, when they even let you speak to someone.
A common situation is where the agent lies to you about fixing the problem or issuing a refund.
I wait a few days and when I don't get my refund I have to call again.
I'm then told the previous agent didn't issue the refund but they are doing that for me now, but I have to now wait 20 days lol it's much worse than that on a normal basis. It's a nightmare!!

User's recommendation: DONT BELIEVE A SALES REP. Get a 2md or 3rx quote on service before purchase. Also, BEWARE costomer service WILL hang up on you if they can not resolve your issue.

Closed out my account and signed up w/ T-Mobile. The difference in customer service is so stark it's hard to describe. Spending a 1/2 hour w/ impossible prompts w/ Xfinity and subsequent 30 minutes for an actual agent (and not helpful once an agent was on the phone)...
I have no LAN line & have daily appointments w/ necessary use of Lyft/Uber.
I was informed by the chat agent (the only way to contact given the no phone situation). I was then put through a 'Groundhog Day' of repeated questions at every step of the way w/ no resolution.
When I finally received a 'perceived' resolution, I was told there was a $180 deductible. Not ideal, but hey, that's how it goes. I was informed I would be receiving the new phone after 2 days for insurance review purposes.
After being curled up in a ball crying w/ no contact w/ anyone I contacted again for the status (after canceling daily Dr. appointments b/c don't have a car & need to use Lyft or Uber).
I was informed insurance didn't cover the phone so I was SOL. I would have gladly replaced the phone immediately if I had a doubt of their 'good' intentions. Their customer service is the WORST.
I had to CONSTANTLY reiterate I had no phone after being told during chat to contact their 855 # for further info. WTF?
Steer clear!
