Verified BuyerI paid my bill and my service was still interrupted
When I called I was asked to pay the past due of 200.20. to get my service back on and that what I paid on the 21th and then yesterday7/24 the service stated acting up bout midday say they was having problems and will get service back up...I went to work last night...this morning it was still playing the same channel so I called and they said my service was interrupted again and I need to pay 269.and some change to get service turned back on...I was in shock I have never had my service turned off twice in one month...I trying to see what happened...I pay my bill every month even though I'm one behind...and I've been with Comcast /infinity for a long time tearss...and this is not right.my kids are looking ...school bout to start and this happened...what's going on...did I get hacke see..trying to chat with the auto voice service was not working and I could not talk to a manager or nothing...
Preferred solution: My service turned back on with and reason to what happened

Report change in credit card number. You should be billing to the new credit card now.
