Did not receive last month's bill

Needed copy of statement for very high charges on the account. Discuss remedy Placed international lock on my grandsons 443 number. When calling previously for a change of requesting insurance on my grandsons account, the lock was removed and a call to Portugal was made a credit was given for the mistake. Also requested new 443 number for my grandson. Thank you.

I paid my bill and my service was still interrupted

Xfinity - I paid my bill and my service was still interrupted

When I called I was asked to pay the past due of 200.20. to get my service back on and that what I paid on the 21th and then yesterday7/24 the service stated acting up bout midday say they was having problems and will get service back up...I went to work last night...this morning it was still playing the same channel so I called and they said my service was interrupted again and I need to pay 269.and some change to get service turned back on...I was in shock I have never had my service turned off twice in one month...I trying to see what happened...I pay my bill every month even though I'm one behind...and I've been with Comcast /infinity for a long time tearss...and this is not right.my kids are looking ...school bout to start and this happened...what's going on...did I get hacke see..trying to chat with the auto voice service was not working and I could not talk to a manager or nothing...

Billing issues

I have been trying to get my bill straightened out since Sept 13 They told me to call on Sept 18. I did and they told me it went through. Then I get a bill for a double payment PLUS A LATE CHARGE. Ive been trying to get it straightened out to no avail. Its ridiculous you cant talk to a real person. I do not have a computer. I think this is discrimination!!!

Be trying to cancel my service for over a month I been trying to call everyday to talk to customer service and no one answer. I trying going online to cancel my service they couldn't do it they had to go to a store I won't know where I'm supposed to go I try finding one today Sept 23 and couldn't find one so would like someone to tell where I cancel and take my equipment too or someone from your company set a. I called Xfinity because the apps wouldn't open. They just sat there loading. Called customer service. Gave all my information. The girl goes I need to send you a pin to open your account. Apparently my name, address and phone won't work. Then when xfrd to tech again a pin is needed.frustrating.
