I went to the Xfinity store in Centennial, CO to purchase a new phone, the sales consultant who helped me was JOHN ELDRIDGE. He was AMAZING!!!

He not only answered my questions, but led me to the phone that best suited me, helped me get started, and tested everything before letting me leave with my purchase. Just being sure that I knew which end was up before I was let loose on my own. He was so patient and certainly knew his job. It was so nice to meet and work with a person like him.

He also told me if I have questions in the future, to let him know and he will continue to help me.

I have to commend him for his help because before I went to Xfinity, I dealt with AT&T and Best Buy, they were "so sorry you have a paper weight" and "there's nothing we can do for you". No one needs to be dismissed this way.
