A few weeks ago I contacted Xfinity to begin service at my second home in Florida 1125 E 11th Avenue, however after a few days I decided to cancel the service as we were not ready to move forward and the local Leesburg store was closed when I drove by there twice to pick up a router. I have been trying to contact you for the last couple of days to talk about beginning service again but for some reason I cannot get hold of a live person.

I have tried the chat but no one can help me other than give me the telephone number which I'm stuck in a loop as I have multiple questions some for support some for billing. I work in customer service and I can tell you this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any service.

Where are your live operators? I cannot imagine how hard this would be if I were disabled or elderly you have to do better than this.
