I had a payment arrangement on Monday I called to cancel because my payday falls on Friday to void Interruptions.. The instructions by the agent ..he sent me a link to my email to cancel and put my new date which was Friday to postpone the payment until Friday and my service would not be interrupted...but they interrupted anyways..I've been through a field l day with Comcast all week they have Literally turned my cable on every day, so I'm trying to make a payment, but now they're saying I have to pay $800 to restore my service please help I only had to pay 388 trying to pay that now to restore, but now they're saying I have to pay $800 to restore my service my kids are in virtual school and I work from home this COVID-19 has been awful for my family please help I've been a loyal customer for years we just need the internet
