I am so tired of Xfinity. If you're behind on anything they couldn't care less they don't help you even though it's important to have service right now because were in the middle of a pandemic.

Can not even talk to a human until you've made a payment. You get text messages saying your service will be connected until a certain date, and yet they shut it off a week prior to that date. I had this problem now for the second time because apparently they couldn't fix it the first time.

The Only person you can talk to is in a chat room, and then they don't even know what they're doing half the time and are no help. I will be switching companies because I'm tired of dealing with people that don't know what they're doing.

User's recommendation: Go to another company.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Xfinity Cons: Medicore service bundling limitations far too expensive, Whole company is trash.
