Tried transferring svc effective 9/2/17... It is now 9/13 still no service, promises to call back and no call back.

Thought the matter was resolved after speaking with nice ENGLISH speaking rep on 9/8. On late evening of 9/12 got a call from a thick accent speaking rep who adaminently and continued to state they could and would fix the problem. After 1hr+ of waiting she cancelled the 9/8 setup, PROMISED religiously she would call back in 30 min and as usual... they did not.

I called back on early morning of 9/13 to be told I need to contact sales department my order was cancelled. This has been an absolute nightmare. Just a simple transfer.

Now just think...Comcast wants my business account where we have gates, cameras, telephones internet, alarm systems for over 14 bldgs.. what do you think?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
