Comcast / Infinity will send out various promotions not to mention also advertise on the internet about how great there so call customer service is and that they can offer this and that but after you call them and schedule everything, they'll send out a installer and he tells you he's installing a product that's is less then what was offered to you and after they install everything, then you can call them back and work out the problem. Seriously?!?!?

Why would anyone wants to be put through such BS and be lied to. After I refused his installation and demanded he called them they literally told me that the package that was promised to me is not available and how did I get that offering? LMAO, then they said the sales team should of never promised me that pricing for the package that was quoted to me with that price. Obviously I refuse any of there services and demanded to speak to a manager.

Of course there were no managers available to talk. LOL. What a joke. I then called them back a day later and finally got hold of a customer service manager and she pro side to look up the phone conversation and return my call within 48 hours and do what ever it takes to correct the issue.

Low and behold, no return calls. Typical of there known BS. Again I called them back and again they promise to look into it and lied to me and said there is no such package for the price available. Then I pointed out my father in laws account and guess what, he actually has that package and price that was offered.

Hmmmm. More BS lies and more bait and switch BS. Again, I was promised a return call and obviously they never called. Typical lies and deceptions from them.

To this day, my wife called on another promotion they mailed us and guess what, another bait and switch tactic saying if we wanted that promotion they sent us to our home, it would cost extra.....

Again, more bait and switch and rude and ignorant customer service, refusing to let us speak to a manager even tho we made 5 request to her on speaking to a manager and then her ignorant self hung up on us because she was offended that we didn't want to talk to her any further. Typical customer service from your not so friendly Comcast / Infinity staff.....
