They boast that you will have 250 for your internet speeds. Yes if you are Ethernet connected to the modem.

Wireless 150 is about the best you will receive, this is acceptable. The problem is that most of the time even with the 1 gig router modem, you will get 35 - 50 average. reboot everything and you will see 135 - 150 for about 10 to 15 minutes then they will slow your speeds down again to 35 - 50. I have over 12 months of data proving the game they play with most people.

The average person does not realize that they do this. They have blamed the line to the house, caused me to completely rewire the house and all connections including wall outlets, modem replacements on the average of every 2 months, and so on. The fact of the matter is that they figure you're dumb as a rock and do not realize that they play these games.

Run speed test every day for a week and you will realize that this is the truth about comcast / Xfinity. Fact is you are probably paying a few extra $'s for faster internet and receiving the basic internet package.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor it support and progaming.

Absolutely the worst company. The worst connection.

The worst modem. The worst customer service.

Nothing ever works. I pay a lot of money just to get pissed off.
