Xfinity - Customer service is by far the worst. I have repeatly been lied too and no customer follow up.
I've tried to resolve billing issue. In July on the phone with customer service for over 5 hours only to finally get customer resolution agent.
Agent was to call back nothing. August still trying resolve issue to no avail. Customer service representatives are forced to lie. Com Cast provides THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
O wait just 7 hours 12 or more agents later someone may actually help. However, next billing will show if all my time and afford in resolving this issue is really solved. Stop having your reps LIE. Why would a company with a good product be so deceitful?
After some minor investigation com cast has a history of bad customer service you can do better.
