Xfinity is the worst of the worst they are CON Artist they CON you in to tell you they're giving cheaper service when they know your contract is almost over so you can sign up with them again. I was Conned by them two weeks ago and then they took away all the channels that I specifically told them those are the channels I loved to watch.

I lost service and after 5 days without service and them lying to me telling me its a outage in my area I asked for a Technician to come out that's when I was told those channels were no more because I changed the plan if this is not Conning nothing is. Lastly I ask for a supervisor and for two weeks no one called me.

yes you are right they laying to us too and the supervisor also layier the service its so bad when we call we stay a long time with them in the phone and they said we want check the router and turn on and off when after that its work when we close the line the proplem back again
