Been paying for tv pkg with i-net that suddenly went up $20 for the same service without notice. I was displeased so after some months I decided to cancel.

They never cancelled on the date requested and then when I stated I wanted to reinstate to finish out the month of already paying a $200+ bill they said they would need to do a credit check and may ask for a deposit!! They literally were holding me up for ransom!!!!! I paid $200 for the month and they should have cancelled before the next billing cycle but didn't so they could collect an extra deposit - unbelievable!!!!! This is non sense for a tv company to do credit checks and ask for a deposit when you don't even have a contract!!

Paying $200 for tv is absurd!! They deal in bad business and I would never recommend this company.

They bend over backwards to steal you from a competitor but treat you like a cash cow when they have you. Abusive business relationship-I'm done and reporting them, this is fraud!!!
