It was very frustrating that I could not use my Xfinity hotspot and had to resort to using my Verizon hotspot.
The customer service rep was amazing. Very engaging.
Took his time but unfortunately couldn't get to the root of the problem. I think Xfinity needs to work on the technical glitches in its services. I know they are trying to improve their customer service and while my rep today was exceptional, many are not. They do not give straight answers and are not intent on helping.
Our installation person, who was in charge of the accounts in my apt building did an awful job of installing my system. Luckily we got another appointment with someone who knew what to do and went the extra mile to explain our options- wireless v hard wired.
Also, the apps can be confusing but on the whole are a help
User's recommendation: Still not thrilled with the company. Ask customer service the easiest way to get to a live person.
