I have had it for 7 days and it already doesn't work. Customer services is the worse: I was on hold and trying to fix the issue for over an hour just to have then send out a tech in 5 days. 3 different people I worked with all did nothing and know nothing. Worse experience ever as soon as I can I am going back to ATT uverse, it's 100 times better!!
