Making an appointment with Comcast's overseas customer service is ridiculous. I called a few days ago to schedule an appointment, received a day and time for the technician to be at my house.

The day before the appointment, I called to confirm and was told "you do not have an appointment". Made an appointment with a customer service rep. here in the states, tech showed up on time. Had to call yesterday to make another appointment because the issue is not totally fixed, got an overseas person who told me, we can give you an early appointment tomorrow or one a little later.

Requested the appointment for a little later. Called two hours ago and was told, oh your appointment isn't until tomorrow. I verified the appointment and wrote it down before I hung up the phone and now I have no appointment.

This has been an issue with my neighbors as well. My comment to Comcast-Xfinity-if you want to keep your customer base, get your customer service the *** out of China!
