A couple of weeks ago I got a Motorola cell phone from Xfinity. I could not get the phone to work.

I went to the Xfinity store in York for help and the sim card was in backwards. So I brought the phone home and later that day I put it on charge for over night. I checked the phone and it had not charged at all. I thought I would put the phone on charge over night again and it still did not charge.

I called Xfinity and told them that the phone would not work. They told me to send it back by FEDEX. So we did that and to my dismay they took $74.91 from my account which paid for the damage to the phone. I DID NOT do anything to the phone.

The phone was damaged when I got it and they are having me pay for their mistake. When I got the Motorola phone, it was not in no plastic just a plain box. It was damaged when the phone was sent to me.

Please do not buy a cell phone from Xfinity. Xfinity is a ripoff.
