For 5 years I have went back and forth with Comcast. They know the internet is horrible.

They know it is intermittent service. They refuse to send qualified people to fix the problem. Always send people that have no clue. They make you SO mad you want to pull your hair out and blame YOU for Comcast issues.

I beg the world to give us any other provider. We are stuck with 5mbps upload and download. Majority of the time and I pay for 75.

Never seen it above 30mbps. Do not get I need this nightmare if you can help it.

Review about: Xfinity Internet Service.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $30000.

Preferred solution: Take out old wires. Rewire the house. Do not leave until you can provide what you bill for..

I liked: Voice remote.

I didn't like: Decietful pratices, Sneakiness of charges, Overall customer service, Really poor chat service, Internet not working daily resets.
