I'M IN FAIR TO OKAY HEALTH, BUT. CAN'T GET OUT VERY MUCH THESE DAYS.

YOUR PROGRAMS, ARE THE .ONLY THING KEEPING ME GOING.I SENT A LETTER TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT TOM KARIN WITH SAME INFORMATION, TRYING TO SOMEONE WOULD, AND CAN HELP ME, AND KEEP EVERYTHING I HAVE NOW, BUT LOWER PRICING, AND FREEZING THAT PAYMENT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOWER PAYMENT TO $125.00 PER MONTH ;; FREEZE IT.PLEASE, NEED YOUR HELP ASAP IN THIS MATTER. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

I have the SAME Issue. I recently went to the Xfinity Store at Mall of NH in Manchester NH.

I went in, to speak to a Rep about how my bill keeps shifting service of Devices ( one month it's 5.00 and the next it's 7.50 per device 15.00 totals but it's different each month per device) Hmmmm I wonder what ELSE is being manipulated on my Bill. WELL, 3 Reps at the Store and ALL OF THEM were more interested in watching the TV there!! WTH ??? I was told by a Male Rep there (finally tore them away from their program) by being told "it changes every month..

and it's due to my Contract" and I was out of my "Contract" *** I've NEVER had a CONTRACT to begin with..

He never even asked to look at my service billing! is THIS how they roll?
