Traded old for new, wanted Yankee baseball games. New X-1 remote did not work, had to drive 1 hr.

to replace remote. Manager said "Hey, it happens. This was after a 30 min. help line call saying a new remote could be sent to me in 5 biz day's.

Another hour drive back the new remote still has problems. Help line contact offers to call me back, never calls back. Machine fixes itself, still no voice command. Turn on this AM, picture frozen, audio movable yet picture not.

Help line after 30 min. re-boots my unit yet still freezes 2-3 X.

This Sucks! Help or Gone

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service does not work, Employee attitude.
