I LITERALLY have called and called and the *** automotive voicemail *** yall got going on dont *** listen ! All I want is to sign up and apply for the Snap program eligibility for 9.95 a month !
I put in my zip code for new customer and obviously someone before me because Im at a NEW ADRESS the person before me must have had this . It keeps telling me I already have an account by my *** zip code like how the *** can u tell me I have an account by my zip code a lot of people have the same damn zip code so what everybody just got accounts ? All I wanna do is speak to somebody to let them know whats going on but I cant get the help I need and I feel thats ridiculous. How do u tell someone to go online and if that dont work call the number and u cant even get through to a *** agent .
ITS ELEVEN FOURTY A.M there is no reason why I shouldnt be able to speak with somebody it keeps telling me to go online . How tf am I suppose to know the person that lived there before me account number or phone number yall need to fix *** or have an option for *** like that if that happens !
