I have 2 cell phones with Xfinity. I have never been late in the year I've had service with them.

My credit card was compromised and phone turned off. I called to see if I could go into an Xfinity store to pay the bill with cash and was told that the only option I had was to get a prepaid card or wait until I get a new card to update my billing info. As large as Xfinity is, the mobile payment options should be more than credit card only. With hackers comprising credit cards, some people may not always have the debit/credit card option.

No one could offer a solution or make an exception. This is very bad customer service.
