I have not been able to speak to an agent live in 2 days. My service is.

Completely out. Internet, tv, and wifi. I pay well over 270 dollars a month for service and have NEVER gotten the bandwidth I pay for. I have not been able to work for 2 days now and still no tech has called or came out.

VERY PISSED AT THIS POINT. I have missed very important deadlines and Xfinity doesn't appear to give a damn. After doing a chat online some setup an appointment for end of second day but I have not seen tech nor call or email confirming anyone is coming out. Chat only confirmed the outage is on Xfinity end and they would send out a tech.

This is frustrating. Then to add insult to injury, they sent an email saying they will credit our bill $10.

What the *** is that when we pay well over $270 a month. Very bad customer service.

User's recommendation: Find another company to do business with.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Xfinity Cons: Bounced from department to department, Slow intermittent connection on expensive plan.
