You have to follow and make sure they are doing work to fix the issues you have as a consumer!

It is or has been taken care of and the problem is the result of their computer department not changing the program when I changed from leased equipment to owned.,

After the Computer dept, they found there was a program issue and corrected it! It was not my software as they claimed and did nothing to correct it. So far the system is giving me the information I need to check how much I am using on daily usage.

This has been going on for 2 months with no end in site.

The lack of finding and repairing any issues!

Since I changed and removed their X system they will not allow me to monitor my daily usage. They do not want me to see if I go over on the plan they have me at!

For 2 months this has gone back and forth, and they tell me I need to use Google to use their site!

I have not and will not use Google! They should have their system software to allow ALL.

User's recommendation: Watch out foe billing increases and tech issues blaming you for their problems.
