Customer service is horrible,
Pushy sales I wanted internet only and was told that comcast does not have internet only plans, I only found out when I was trying to set up service with with another internet provider which told me comcast does have internet.
I was being charged for a service that I could not use
I repeatedly called and expressed my concerns
I could not , still cannot log in to my accounts,
I am not receiving an electronic bill or a paper bill
The only way I was paying on my account was through the option to pay WITHOUT LOGGING IN
I sent the home security system back and still being charged for system
I have receipts of my return
No one is ACTIVELY LISTENING Everyone is trying to push a plan of service
NO ONE IS LISTENING I CANNOT LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT I DO NOT KNOW MY ACCOUNT # BECAUSE I CANNOT SIGN IN!!!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LISTENING WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING REMOTELY WORKING DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH INCLUDES ACTIVELY LISTENING !!!!SUPER PISSSED CUSTOMER
I WILL DO MY BEST TO REPORT TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
