Xfinity in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Gift card

I switched to comcast from Directv. Comcast promised me a gift card for switching. In 18 weeks I was to receive it. Didn’t receive. I called and they had no record of me getting the gift card. They are a scheme company. I’m switching back. Folks please get it in writing before switching. Rip-off company.

Xfinity - Terrible infrastructure and customer service

Was sent a used car let box when were told they would send a new one. The box has problems and even after contacting customer support they were unwilling to assist due to a technicality in the account. Big waste of time and money. Wish we stayed with RCN.

Xfinity - Remote

I am elderly, and my husband has no use of his right arm. The remote buttons are hard to push, and very hard to see. He can't use i, so i do it for him. Voice control helps, but can't do everything. You need a remote for handicapped people.

Xfinity Sucks - what a Rip-off ! Never again!

We’ve moved and there is NO Xfinity available here!! Faithfully paid on time for 3 years. Now when we cancelled because there is no service at our new home we are charged $312. Will Never deal with Xfinity/Comcast again!!! Retention guy was a smart Alec and questioned our intergrity!! Unbelievable!

Xfinity - Bad experience

I’m paying for a internet service with Xinfinity that I don’t even get the chance to use. Each time I tried to used it gets disconnected after few seconds. When I called it’s the same things that they’re saying it’s like I’ talking to a machine. We will restart your modem, it’s like I don’t know how to do it. I’m sick off that poor service.

Xfinity - ID and oxygen and WE and True TV all dropped.

The only channels I watched all dropped when I called Monday October 1 to see why my bill went up $45. Was told package expired and ID and oxygen and True channels not offered in Indiana now. But my sister lives across street and she gets it. So does my niece. So called Xfinity 3 times this week and told I can't even pay more to get ID back. Im more than frustrated!?? Not acceptable that Xfinity cut best TV channels and most watched.
