No Internet never know where my Bill supposed to be paid then Ill try to pay it. It takes me for hours just to pay the bill. All I wanna do is just pay my damn bill.

Could not solve the problem,
the representative said, a technician will contact me after that call.
We need a technician to come out to fix the problem, nobody contacted me so far.
They black out or cancel programs
5/25/2025 Detroit Tigers game blacked out. Unable to watch game.
But they played Indy 500 on more than 4 channels. They are the worst cable company.

Getting billed for a month of services in June, when I'm keeping your internet, but not tv. Finally got 2 different people on phone recently, with no logical explanation.
Both didn't seem to give me complete answer and acted annoyed. Bad business.

Long waits, getting a live representative almost impossible simply put you need to better fill you customer service reps with updated knowledge, fewer waits during the call and people who can actually help versus those just trying to get you calmed down because they have had to go through so many AI generated worthless assistance to even get to a human.

Comcast or Xfinity tore up my freshly laid lawn to bury their cables and left it completely destroyed. Dead grass, deep tire marks. They damaged my yard and drove away without even trying to repair or make the issue better.
Preferred solution: My yard repaired from their workers damage

I have been paying for a phone line since January and you guys use UPS to send the phone. So I was always at work.
I paid you guys like $300 by now for absolutely nothing.

I am BEYOND furious with how Xfinity treats their customers. From them stealing my money to not holding up their end of the bargain.
They should be investigated for misconduct. I needed a payment plan to help pay off my Xfinity Mobile bill. On January 16th 2025, my phone service was shut off. I had called and they had set me up on a final one-time courtesy payment plan as I had defaulted on the other plans.
During this call, I had given the rep a new card and told him to take the money from that card from now on. Supposedly he never made that card the primary and they tried taking money out of an account I no longer use. Fast forward to February 18th, I noticed that they tried taking the payment from the wrong account so I called to have the payment taken from the right account. Instead of the rep taking the money from the correct account he simply just State: CT City: New Britain 1/3 switched it over and never took the money out.
Now after calling four times, not a single rep or their supervisors are willing to correct the mistakes of Xfinity, and I have no phone service until they do or until I pay a bill that's over $400. I need someone to be able to reinstate my service.

I changed to Consumer Cellular, and Xfinity still charges me for my mobile and landline.
My bank canceled my credit card to stop the fraud. Please help me!

there is a envelope in the monthly bill to send in your payment, credit cards i think may be a option or check or money order
