On 11/21/2020 Xfinity cut off my service claiming that I did not make my payments but I scheduled my payments and provided my card number and info, I had the money in my account. I received confirmation the the payment was scheduled and Comcast stated my payment was debited and then reversed and nothing shows that on my bank statements.
I contacted my bank and they stated that nothing was never attempted to be taken out. Apparently this happened on October 17th and November 14th and I was never notified I woke up to my wifi being suspended and a over due balance. No one could explain to me why my account was never debited and would not turn my service on until I paid the minimum balance. After 3 hours, 6 calls 6 contact reps and one manger that hung up on me.
My system was reactivated and I was given until 11/28/2020 to make the payment.
I woke up today my service was out today AGAIN 11/22/2020. I work from home now due to the pandemic and I cant pay you guys if my service is not on.
User's recommendation: Don’t use Xfinity.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Xfinity Cons: Customer service, Bad customer service, Bad service, Inconsistent response.
