I am very upset with the support you are giving. I had an appointment set for Saturday between 4-6 pm central time.
Npo one called or showed up to handle my router issues. I called Xfini9ty customer support and was told that nothing was scheduled for that time. I sent 45 minutes on Friday trying to trouble shoot the issue and was told that a technician would have to come out to look at my router. There were no notes entered on this trouble shooting by phone or the appointment.
What a waste of my time.
I went through multiple issues to try to solve the problem with an online tech. The tech said I needed to have a technician visit to solve this issue.
