Xfinity - Terrible customer service
I signed a new contract stating that my bill would only be $45. Come to find out xfinity unenrolled our automatic payments, did not tell us and have been charging us $58 a month.
When we first signed our contract with xifinity we also made a one time payment to make with Applepay through the app to insure we didn't have an outstanding bill. Xifinity is saying this one time payment turned our autopay off... um what??? How is that possible?
Also, xfinity tracks every single time you log in to their application. We were just trying to be decent customers pay our bill and move on. Yet xfinity took advantage of us and kept billing us $58 and now it is us the consumers fault for as they put it already using the service. Its unfortunate that companies can operate this way.
They are the only internet option in our area. Go figure.
User's recommendation: Try to avoid using xfinity. If not make sure to screen shot the contract because the document link they send expires after 72 hours.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Xfinity Cons: Incompetent, Slow service and weak connection.
