My husband called customer service to change our service as our agreement ended in May-June billing. His xfinity representative was Debra, who proceeded to tell him that our 2 year agreement started in June of 2019, when actually it started June of 2018, (we have the receipt and also the notice from xfinity themselves stating our bill has gone up because our agreement has ended).

She also stated that the payment we made today was for 2 months of service, which is impossible because just for the service itself, no taxes nothing.

Debra refused to give him a price for Internet service only, she refused to listen to anything he said. It definitely was a case of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Unfortunately they have a monopoly on the market, people of Colorado are screwed.

Anyway, my husband and I will be visiting a xfinity store with our proof in hand.

User's recommendation: Keep all your paperwork.
