My experience with Comcast Xfinity, love hate relationship. I love the service I have with them, but I do have some complaints.

The first one would be that they try so hard to upsale every single time I talk with them. They are extremely pushy, and its freaking annoying!!!! They do not offer student discounts what so ever, and their "deals" change so often, that when I decide I want to get an offered rate I talked to them about last time(like a week earlier) they wont let me get the discount anymore. Its so freaking annoying.

Also if you want to sign up for the low income internet and home phone, if your already a customer, you cant have that option at all.

Its very disappointing for a person going from working a very good paying full time job, or working part time as student. Its very disappointing because they could care less about the customer, and that position shows that they are only wanting your money.

Product or Service Mentioned: Xfinity Bundle.

Reason of review: No discount for student or low income at all.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
