I have tried to order phones from Xfinity mobile with no success. They have the most poorly trained customer service that I have ever dealt with.

No promises delivered, no follow up, no follow through. I have called and talked with over a dozen people all who are sorry and sorry that I dealt with such poor service, BUT I will tell you the truth and I know what I am doing, but again NO service. They promise a $200 refund when you order as the phone not being delivered was our fault and now they can not find that promise.

TOTALLY do not care about the customer. The phone service is actually a way to try and hold people to their service after price increases.

Product or Service Mentioned: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: get the phones I ordered at price agreed and something for dealing with them for 4 months.

I liked: When it works right.

I didn't like: Customer service and handling.
