Xfinity - Worse customer service ever!!!
I have been on hold for over an hour with some automated girl saying "your call is very important to us please hold" Yeah right!!then when I do get a hold of someone they barley speak English and cant understand my simple question?
I am so frustrated to have to spend my day off dealing with this..ridiculous. I am a very unhappy customer and want to switch providers asap!!!
I would love to talk with the head honcho but probably would be put on hold another hour just to get another auto voice box...canceling soon!If I can get through to anyone
