This company has the worst service that I have ever experienced in my life.Their equipment goes down constantly.
We are always having to reboot our wifi and our cable service. We have asked for refunds and they refuse so we just keep on having their employees come to the house and switch out the boxes but it still does not resolve the problem. I cannot wait until billing opens tomorrow morning so I can break my contract. I HATE xfinity, do not waste your time doing business with them.
I feel that if I am paying $200 a month, I should be getting a service I am paying for.Not constantly rebooting and changing boxes and changing hdmi cables and having them send signals, they are the WORST
Monetary Loss: $1000.
