i am forced to pay $200/mo for what? on almost every day they 'find difficulty' finding their platform.
during this time, the only thing you can do is change channels-if you're lucky. i want to be paid back for everytime this happens. it's only fair! fer chrissake!!
even pg&e pays you back when their services are down. these xfinity people have NO work ethic, and are thieves in my book!
i wonder if a big group like aarp could force this monopoly to live up to their hype? i am homebound and tv is about my only company, but even though i am paying these *** a fortune, they can't even provide what is promised!!!

The most disappointing in user's experience was charged huge amts for poor quality, price, platform and sneakiness of charges. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
