I have had Comcast for a couple of years. It is bad enough that the Cable "Xfinity X1" and the "BLAST" 150 MB internet have both been subpar, but then you must deal with Comcasts "Customer NO Service" department. I wrote on their fb account a few days ago about the unbelievably poor customer service I have been receiving regarding unwarranted charges to my account.I still have a $496 charge when my costs should have been $109. Everyone admits the problem is on their end, but in over 10 days, no refund. I will continue writing all over the internet until something changes. I called for help and they told me to buy a signal stretcher device and install it myself. They no longer provide equipment of service to homes for this. They hung up on me with my first call after 30 minutes waiting. I am going to look into Verizon vios. Do not waste your time with Comcast or xfinity, they have terrible customer service and rising prices. They told me that yes I should be able to get signal especially with the blast connection...

Sure after they ran a separate cable for the modem, it worked great for a few days and they did credit my bill $20 for the month and I should receive 11 more months of the $20 credit. I agreed because after all It did work sometimes even though it was super slow and supposed to be Blast. There are Multiple outages in my area every day. There are times like today that I cannot even get into Xfinity email. I hate there company. I hate there...
