Comcast - Not worth the money

The xfinity system is horrible and does not work well at all. There is no organization to the channel layout. The DVR recording either cuts off or just doesn't record. While the OnDemand has a lot of shows it only works about half the time. Just a very disappointing system and have been trying to get the install charges that were supposed to be waved off my bill. Called it in and they would take the information and never called. The internet speed is good but everything else sucks.
