I was told I needed to call a specific number for billing in order to make changes to my account. I call the number and am told that there is no direct line to billing and in order to speak to anyone from billing, I need to pay my bill first. We have been following up with XFINITY for a month but no solution offered to Correct our billing plan. We were offered triple play at $119 but still charged home security service at a higher rate. If you want us to stick to you for 2 years then stick to your commitment. Basically it boils down to Comcast's lack of self-respect & good moral principles. When people get suckered into a contract for one of their "package deals", or "Bundle" by the wording the representative uses when telling them the rate won't change for the length of the contract, people think in their mind that their bill will be the same amount for the length of the contract.
