Xfinity - Horrible

I have an outage at least 1X a month. Every time we call it's a different excuse. Bottom line is their service is crap and they overcharge for it. Plus their customer service loves to hang up on people. They do not deserve to be called anything other than crooked, subhuman beings!!!

Called 7 times, 4 visits, multiple apologies, new cable, reboots, different frequencies, nothing works and they can't get a service person out in for 3 days, despite calls 7 days ago. This company sucks. F for failure

Xfinity - Really disappointed

Recently switched from Centry link to an upgraded internet/tv package that's running 150 a month. Internet ALWAYS disconnects for no reason. Lose work and get dropped from games. Unfortunately it seems there is a monopoly going on. Either you pay for bad slow internet or you pat more for just bad internet. Try finding alternatives because im stuck with this for2years
