Signed up for their TV service and the tech had trouble getting the coaxial cable into the wall plate, but used a specialized tool that did the trick. All was fine until it came time for me to take the equipment back to the store to cancel the service.

It was impossible to unscrew the coaxial cable, so I called Xfinity and they told me that they cannot send out a tech to do this, or if they did I would have to pay about $50. I got upset and basically told them this is their fault and they should do it - "you broke it, you fix it." They would not budge and so I had someone I know pry it loose, I returned it to the store, said a few choice words, and they lost my business forever plus I am going on pissed consumer to tell everyone reading this not to use Comcast or Xfinity. What selfish jerks! All they care about is the money, not you.

Their service is not so good anyway, and they have some rude, dumb and incompetent people working the phones for them.

Good riddance! Next time I go with their competitor, even if it costs me more.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customer unfriendly, Moronic policies.
