I am a retired single person. I have been with Xfinity for many years.

I pay on time monthly. I received a past due notice and was shocked. I owed over $600.00 for past due fees. I was paying the exact same amount monthly, or more, if I rented movies.

When I contacted them, they were flip and could no provide an affordable package for wireless and TV. You HAVE to get an expensive package to get HBO and Showtime. CONVENIENT, for them. Xfinity is a RIPOFF.

I was paying almost $300/month to watch a few shows on each of these channels. DO NOT CONSIDER XFINITY! They change their fees and never notify you. They don't care.

Their commercials are all lies. They don't want to work with you.

They simply don't care. Run, run as fast as you can!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Xfinity Cons: Customer service, Charged huge amts for poor quality, Lies.

I hate Comcast/Xfinity as well. They suck you into a two year contract so you are forced to stay!

I see offers all the time for $19.95 a month for 12 month - who are they kidding They will just jack up the price at the end that is if it even ends up being the price promised. They give you many channels alright. A bunch of garbage channels.

We are forced to have channels that do not even speak our own language so we don't have a clue what they are talking about. I don't know about you but when that forced contract in order to have their service comes to an end, so does my business with Comcast.
