Purchased two IPhone XRs at Xfinity Mobile on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018.
They came with a 14 day return provision. Phones do not work at my home or in my neighborhood or in many other places we frequent. I went to return the phones 3 days after purchase and was told that I could not take my long term phone numbers to a new carrier until the phones were paid for.
I paid for the phones today, and was then told I have to wait for a full billing cycle to be able to port my numbers. By that time, the 14 day return provision will be expired and I am left facing a month and a half without phone service.
My intention is to remove everything that has anything to do with XFINITY AND / OR COMCAST FROM OUR HOMES.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2500.
Preferred solution: Port my numbers NOW.
