there is no way this is right! if you agree to pay a certin amount that is what it should be for the whole 2 year lock in, I have called repeatedly & get response like after your locked In rounds out then you can go to sears or what ever to get what you need. this is totally not what I thought would happen with your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
